The measurement frequency can be freely adjusted with four-digit precision in a wide range from 42 Hz to 5 MHz. In particular, this makes it easy to test sample characteristics in the high frequency range. 3535 LCR HiTESTER

LCR meter with the broad frequency range of 100kHz to 120MHz

Measure across the broad frequency range of 100kHz to 120MHz with 3535 LCR HiTESTER. The 6ms high-speed measurement capability is particularly useful with the built-in comparator and load functions, and for BIN (classification) measurements, to suit a wide range of applications such as chip inductor and high speed magnetic head testing, as well as other related research needs. Achieve ultimate measurement flexibility by detaching the head amp unit from the main unit and placing it in proximity to the test object so as to minimize the effect of test leads on measurements.

3560 AC m-Ohm HiTESTER

For measurement requirements from contact resistance to internal resistance and voltage of batteries

The instrument also features an Ohm and V mode that allows simultaneous measurement and comparison of battery internal resistance and open-circuit voltage. It is highly suitable for battery inspection lines as one unit can act as both a low-resistance meter and DMM.
