Looking for student intern with Web Design experience to assist with development of company's Website and some print layout design. You will be working closely with our Design, Marketing and Sales Engineering team. Candidate must be very proficient with Adobe CS3. Abobe Dreamweaver, and Photoshop CS3 a must, Illustrator, Flash, Acrobat and Indesign a plus. Candidates should be junior or senior students studying Graphic Design or a related field. Related experience from jobs, involvement in on-campus organizations, or other internships is helpful. This position can lead to a permanent position in the company. We are searching for an experienced sales engineer to cover San Diego and the Tijuana area. The sales engineer will be responsible for maintaining and growing the current account base and will also be expected to find new prospects and generate new business across the area. The ideal sales engineer will spend 80% of the time traveling throughout the region visiting customers and will be able to work from a home office base. The duties include but not limited to: Responsible for direct sales and support of all Solcom products and services with your customers. Make on-site visits to all of Solcom current and target customers your territory Develop and submit the sales forecast for the territory Review data, statements-of-work, and other customer documents to develop and prepare request-for-quotations Provide technical training and services to clients relating to use, operation, and maintenance of our equipment Research new company techniques and technologies in order to understand customer issues and propose effective solutions that will increase new business
Requirements:
MUST have at least 3yrs of Sales experience within the Circuit industry (such as In-Circuit Test/Functional Test/AOI/SMT/Assembly Line/Engineering/QA/QC. MUST have either a Bachelors of Science, Bachelors in Electronic Engineering, or a technical certification in Electronic Engineering. Must have knowledge and understanding of the Electronic Manufacturing industries. Must possess a mechanical aptitude. Must be proven, able to demonstrate superior sales skills, and a successful closer in sales. Must have excellent communications, verbal, written, and strong interpersonal skills. Language: English, Spanish a must. Korean or Japanese a plus.
