Expanding and organizing the existing business, including a detailed review and analysis of the U.S. operations and sales; analyzing and researching international and regional market of customer trends; and reviewing economic conditions, trends and availability of our service and products in wider U.S. markets; negotiating with suppliers to draw up procurement contracts, including: negotiating administering, extending, terminating, and renegotiating contracts, and creating, analyzing and tracking quarterly forecasts of operations; establishing an efficient specialized accounting and record keeping system; preparing financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, analyses of future earnings and expenses; developing and conducting training to instruct establishment managers, supervisors, and workers in human relation skills, such as supervisory skills, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal communication skills, and effective group interaction skills.

Masters Degree in Business Administration or Economics Required.
