The new SI-C1500 is an upgraded PWB/PCB visual inspection
machine performing high-speed, high-precision "after-reflow" inspection
as the final step for assembly. Equipped with Sony?s latest technology
of MOSIAC, newly developed color processing software that enhances
detection accuracy and speed. By extracting color elements from
each board and accurately identify defects based on color contrast
on
the board surface reduces operation confusion and mix-up. The simplification
of the process increases production speed and maximizes productivity.
Also features 1.3 mega pixel high-resolution color CCD camera for
rapid
data generation and ability to handle angle-mounted components.
